The Forst Inn Arts Collective presents God of Carnage
The Forst Inn Arts Collective presents the Tony Award winning comedy, God of Carnage from April 11 through 19.
In Yasmina Reza’s God of Carnage, courtesy dissolves into comic mayhem as wine flows, tempers flare, and facades crack wide open. This razor-sharp comedy of manners exposes the absurdity lurking beneath modern civility, revealing just how thin the line is between refinement and raw emotion. Intelligent, biting, and hilariously unpredictable, God of Carnage turns a simple parent meeting into a laugh-out-loud battlefield of egos, blame, and human nature.
The production features Carrie Counihan as Annette, Lisa Adams as Vanessa, Christian Love as Alan, and Gavin J. Annette as Michael. The production is directed by Michael Sheeks with an artistic team that includes Phillip Jindra (Properties) and Karter Mueller (scenic dressing).
The Forst Inn Arts Collective presents theatre and music events in the historic spaces of The Forst Inn in Tisch Mills. The organization hosts ten mainstage theatrical productions each year as well as several smaller shows. Informal musical performances precede most theatre events and over the year several ticketed mainstage music events are hosted as well.
