Wisconsin Sand Sculpting Festival Returns to Manitowoc’s Red Arrow Beach

The third annual Wisconsin Sand Sculpting Festival, presented by Fox Communities Credit Union, returns to Manitowoc’s Red Arrow Park and Beach July 19-20, 2025.
