Description

During this workshop, Steve DeBaker, from Trout Springs Winery, will walk participants through various properties of wine, how to taste and evaluate wine, and what to pair with different varieties of wine. Afterward, attendees will test their own skill at winemaking as Steve walks through the simplified steps from juice to wine. Workshop attendees will receive three-quarters of a gallon of your own homemade wine and lunch paired with a glass of wine from Trout Springs Winery as part of the workshop.
