Travis Gauthier from Americollect will go into tactics to use when dealing with difficult interactions while still providing a Ridiculously Nice experience and Customer Service. 

Speaker Bio:

Travis S. Gauthier has been with Americollect since May 2018 as the Operations Training Manager.  He is responsible for any training to call center operations for Americollect and AmeriEBO.  Leading a team of trainers, their primary responsibilities include new hire training, veteran cross-training, and ongoing support of operations.  The team creates and upkeeps computer-based trainings that are administered on the Learning Management System.
